Shipping policy

SHIPPING + DELIVERY

All orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Current processing times can be found on the top of the website at all times. 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the USPS tracking number. If you didn’t receive an email after the current processing times, please check your spam folder.

Once your order has been shipped, it’s usually delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding government holidays). Please contact us with any questions concerning your order.

If you need an item by a certain date, please contact us at maddieandmelondon@gmail.com for rush shipping rates. Additional charges may apply.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS 

If you need to change or cancel your order, we totally understand and are here to help, but please contact us immediately. Once we initially process your order (usually within 24 hours of purchase), we will not be able to change or cancel your order.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

If the item arrives damaged, please send the order number and a photo of the damaged item to maddieandmelondon@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item so we can make things right.
